1. SHIPPING INFO & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1  Shipping costs within Switzerland are calculated at checkout.

Post Pac Economy (B - Post ) ca 3- 5 working days from receipt of order.

 

Post Pac Priority ( A -Post ) approx. 1-3 working days from receipt of order.

 

Pick up at the PARISPARADIS Boutique & Concept Store, Büchelstrasse 2 in 9000 St.Gallen, 1 - 2 days depending on stock and store opening hours.

 

Europe

7 - 21 working days from receipt of order.

 

Non-European countries

10 - 30 working days

Shipping abroad

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and package size. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote tailored to your delivery address.

Please note: Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

1.2 If not all products are available, Shirin Tanyer-Heezen is entitled to make partial deliveries.

2 RIGHTS OF RETURNS

2.1  The buyer must return the goods received with the original packaging to Shirin Tanyer-Heezen within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal.

Returns to PARISPARADIS E-SHOP shall be at the customer's expense and risk.

PARISPARADIS  E-SHOP will only refund payments already made once thegoods have been received back. Refunds are only possible if the goods arrive in perfect, as-new condition. Sealed items (e.g. books) can only be returned in their original packaging andunopened. Returns to PARISPARADIS are made at the customer's expense and risk.

The goods can also be returned to the PARISPARADIS Boutique & Concept Store, Büchelstrasse 2,  in CH-9000 St.Gallen

during store opening hours.

2.2 After receipt of the goods, the purchase price, if already paid, will be refunded to the consumer immediately. A deduction for possible damage or excessive wear and tear of the goods is reserved. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
